A branded apparel order is simple when the brief is clear and the sizes are right. Here is the process we follow with companies, and what you need at each step.

Step 1: Write a one-line brief

Who is it for, what is the occasion, and when do you need it? For example: "80 polos for the sales team, navy, left-chest logo, needed in Pune by the 20th." This alone lets a supplier suggest the right style and give you a realistic timeline.

Step 2: Choose the style and fabric

Decide between polo and round neck, then the fabric: cotton for comfort, dri-fit for heat and movement, a blend for value. Browse the catalog; every style shows its colours and per-piece prices.

Step 3: Share your logo and see a mockup

Send the logo as a vector file if possible (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG). We send back a free digital mockup showing the logo on the garment, usually within a few hours on working days. You can also try it yourself with the Try your logo tool on any catalog product.

Step 4: Confirm quantity, sizes and price

Corporate orders start at 25 pieces per design, and you can mix colours and sizes within a style. Collect sizes from your team before confirming. Our sizing guide explains how to do this without reorders. You will get a written quote with the per-piece price, branding cost, GST and delivery timeline.

Step 5: Approve the physical sample

Before bulk production we make a pre-production sample with your logo. Check the colour, logo size and position, and the fit. Bulk production starts only after you approve it, which is the best protection against surprises.

Step 6: Production and delivery

Once the sample is approved, the order goes into production. Delivery is free across India on orders of 25 pieces or more. If your team works across cities, tell us at the quote stage so we can plan split deliveries.

Common mistakes to avoid

What to send in your first message

  1. Product type and preferred colour
  2. Approximate quantity
  3. Logo file and where you want it (chest, back, sleeve)
  4. Delivery city and required date
  5. Your name, company and mobile number

The quote form asks for exactly these, and sends them to us on WhatsApp and email.

What affects the timeline

There is no single standard lead time, so be wary of anyone who quotes one without asking questions. The main factors are:

We confirm the timeline in your quote before you place the order, so you can plan around a real date.

Who to involve internally

Getting these three aligned before you request a quote is the single biggest time-saver.

A realistic example

An HR team needs 80 polos for the sales team. They pick PrimoKnit Dri-fit Polo in navy, send the logo, and approve the mockup the same day. They collect sizes over two days, approve the physical sample, and receive the order in their city. The final cost is ₹320 + ₹75 per piece before GST, with a ₹50 extra for each 2XL and above.
