Ordering corporate apparel in bulk: GST invoice, payment and delivery questions answered
Before a company order can be placed, someone in finance or procurement usually has questions. Here are the ones we hear most, with straight answers.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order comes with a GST invoice in your company's name, so you can claim input credit where applicable. Share your company's legal name, GSTIN and billing address when you confirm the order.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
No. Prices on our website and in the catalog are per piece before GST. Your written quote shows the GST amount separately.
What is the minimum order?
25 pieces per design for corporate orders, mixed across sizes and colours of the same style. Pricing improves from 100 pieces, and orders of 250+ pieces are quoted individually. Custom fabric, colour or design starts at 300 pieces per style.
Can we get a formal quotation for approval?
Yes. Once we know the style, quantity, branding and delivery city, we send a written quotation with the per-piece price, branding cost, GST and timeline. You can circulate it for internal approval.
Will we see the product before paying for the full order?
You see a free digital mockup first, then a physical pre-production sample with your logo. Bulk production starts only after you approve the sample.
How long does an order take?
Plain ready-stock garments are dispatched the next working day if the style and colour are in stock. Printed or embroidered orders need at least 2–3 working days after approval, depending on quantity and branding method. Delivery time then depends on your city. We confirm the exact dispatch date with your quote, so tell us your required date in the first message.
Do you deliver outside Bengaluru?
Yes, across India. Delivery is free on orders of 25 pieces or more. If your team is spread across several offices, tell us at the quote stage so we can plan split deliveries.
Can we reorder the same thing later?
Yes. Keep your order details and we can repeat it for new joiners. With ready-stock styles, smaller top-ups are easier than you might expect. Ask about current availability of your colour.

Can different teams get different colours?
Yes, within the same style. For example, a 60-piece polo order can be 30 navy and 30 white. The minimum applies per design, not per colour or size.
Can we combine apparel and gifts in one order?
Yes. Many companies order polos or hoodies along with bottles, notebooks and gift boxes, for onboarding or year-end. See welcome kit ideas.

Are website prices final?
The prices shown are per piece for the plain garment before GST, with standard branding costs listed alongside. Your written quote confirms the final price for your exact style, quantity, branding and sizes.
Can we order a custom colour or fabric?
Yes, for 300 pieces or more per style, with a longer lead time. Below that, choose from ready-stock colours, which are available from 25 pieces.
