Corporate T-shirt printing in Bangalore: prices, minimums and what drives the cost

If you are ordering t-shirts or polos with your company logo, the first two questions are always the same: how much per piece, and how many do we have to order? Here are real numbers from our current range, plus what makes the price go up or down.

The short answer

• Minimum order: 25 pieces per design for corporate orders. You can mix colours and sizes within the same style.
• Plain t-shirts start from ₹190 per piece (25–99 pcs) and ₹170 per piece from 100 pcs.
• Polos start from ₹320 per piece (25–99 pcs) and ₹290 per piece from 100 pcs.
• Logo printing adds ₹75/pc for a chest logo, or ₹150/pc for front + back.
• All prices are before GST, and every order comes with a GST invoice.

Current per-piece prices

These are the plain garment prices for some of our most-ordered styles. Add the branding cost on top.

So a team of 60 in PrimoKnit Dri-fit Polo with a chest logo works out to ₹320 + ₹75 per piece before GST. At 150 pieces, the garment drops to ₹290.

Four things that change the price

1. The garment

Fabric and construction make the biggest difference. A basic cotton round-neck tee and a 270 GSM cotton polo are very different products. Dri-fit polyester polos usually cost less than heavy cotton polos and suit field teams and events. Read our fabric and GSM guide if you are unsure which to choose.

2. Quantity

Per-piece prices fall as quantity rises. On our price list, 100–249 pieces cost roughly 10% less per piece than 25–99. Above 250 pieces we quote each order individually, because fabric can be bought and cut in bulk.

3. Branding method and placement

A single chest logo is the most economical. Front + back printing costs more, and embroidery is priced separately (we quote embroidery from 100 pieces). Our guide to printing vs embroidery explains when each one makes sense.

4. Sizes

Most styles come in S to 3XL. Sizes 2XL and above cost ₹50 more per piece because they use more fabric.

• A free digital mockup of your logo on the garment before you commit.
• A physical pre-production sample. Bulk production starts only after you approve it.
• A GST invoice in your company's name.
• Free delivery across India on orders of 25 pieces or more.

Ready-stock styles vs custom production

Everything above is a ready-stock style: the garment exists in a range of colours, and we add your logo. That is why 25 pieces is possible. If you need a custom fabric, colour or design, that is custom production. It starts at 300 pieces per style and needs more lead time, so share your quantity and date early.

How to compare quotes from different suppliers

A cheaper quote is not always cheaper. Before you compare, check that each one includes the same things:

• Fabric and GSM. A 160 GSM tee and a 220 GSM tee are not the same product, even if both say "cotton".
• Branding. Is the logo included, and at what size and position? Is front + back extra?
• Sample. Will you see a physical sample before bulk, or only a photo?
• Delivery and GST. Is delivery to your city included? Is the price before or after GST?
• Timeline. Is the delivery date written into the quote?

Can I order fewer than 25 pieces?

Our corporate pricing starts at 25 pieces per design. That keeps per-piece costs reasonable once branding setup is included.

Do you only deliver in Bangalore?

No. We are based in Peenya, Bengaluru, and deliver across India free on orders of 25 pieces or more.

Can I see the fabric before ordering?

Yes. Every order includes a physical pre-production sample with your logo, and bulk production starts only after you approve it.
